Carlos Briceño is a lawyer and researcher dedicated to international human rights litigation. He holds a Master’s degree in international criminal justice and has been a professor of criminal law (UCAB) and international criminal law (UMA). Currently, he serves as the director of the NGO Defiende Venezuela.
