Eklavya Vasudev is a legal scholar and incoming postdoctoral researcher at the Cluster of Excellence “Transforming Human Rights,” Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg, where he recently completed his doctoral research. His work focuses on climate litigation, constitutional law, and intergenerational justice, with particular attention to how courts engage with inequality, risk, and long-term harm. He has published widely on climate justice and transformative constitutionalism.
