Elliw Siân Williams is completing an LLM in human rights law and is a rights-based policy researcher specializing in minority language rights, equality law, and legislative scrutiny. She has produced policy research work for NGOs and statutory bodies in Northern Ireland and published an academic blog with the Social Policy Association (SPA).
