Todd Howland is the interim director of the Environmental Justice Clinic and a visiting professor of law at the Vermont Law and Graduate School; a senior fellow at the Institute on Race, Power and Political Economy at The New School; and a former senior UN official who served as OHCHR representative in Colombia, the Democratic Republic of Congo, and Angola.
