Todd Howland is a visiting professor of law at the Vermont Law and Graduate School, a senior fellow at the Institute on Race, Power and Political Economy at the New School, and a former senior UN official, having served as OHCHR representative in Colombia, the Democratic Republic of Congo, and Angola. Professor Howland also worked with the Carter Center on a transitional justice project in Ethiopia.
