Ana María Hernández Cárdenas is the founder and a board member of the Consortium for Parliamentary Dialogue and Equity Oaxaca, AC (Consorcio para el Diálogo Parlamentario y la Equidad Oaxaca). She is the general coordinator of Casa La Serena and is responsible for the Self-Care, Collective Care and Healing strategy in the Mesoamerican Initiative of Women Human Rights Defenders (IM-Defensoras).
