Dr. Alyssa King is a tenured associate professor at Queen’s University Faculty of Law in Kingston, Ontario, where she studies comparative procedure, courts, and arbitration and teaches contracts, cross-border litigation, and civil procedure. Her research interests include offshore zones and commercial courts, the diffusion of rules and approaches to civil litigation between legal systems, and civil procedure rules and access to justice.
