Belén Rios is a consultant at the O’Neill Institute for National and Global Health Law. She holds an Abogada (J.D. equivalent) degree from Universidad de Buenos Aires in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and an LL.M. in Global Health Law from Georgetown University Law Center. Belén was the executive director of FIC Argentina, directing the legal work of the organization in Argentina.
