Carrie Oelberger is an Assistant Professor of Public and Nonprofit Leadership in the Humphrey School of Public Affairs at the University of Minnesota. She is currently working on a research project on the career paths of international aid workers, as well as a study analyzing US-based foundations’ international grant-making from a network perspective.
