Christiaan van Veen est directeur du projet consacré aux États-providences numériques et aux droits humains et conseiller sur les nouvelles technologies et les droits humains auprès du Rapporteur spécial de l’ONU sur les droits de l’homme et l’extrême pauvreté. Il travaille au Centre pour les droits de l’homme et la justice mondiale de la faculté de droit de la New York University.
