خالد منصور كاتب وخبير في مجال الاتصالات وحقوق الإنسان والمساعدات الإنسانية والتنمية وفض النزاعات. عمل صحفياً وشغل عدة مناصب في منظمة الأمم المتحدة على مدار 24 عاماً، عقبها شغله لمنصب المدير التنفيذي للمبادرة المصرية للحقوق الشخصية في عامي 2013 و2014.
