Rachid Touhtou is an assistant professor at the National Institute of Statistics and Applied Economics (INSEA) in Rabat. In 2015, he was a Carnegie Fellow at the University of Minnesota’s Humphrey School of Public Affairs, where he worked with the Human Rights Organizations Project.
