Barbara Klugman

Barbara Klugman es una profesional autónoma sudafricana que trabaja en temas de evaluación y estrategias. Anteriormente, dirigió el portafolio internacional de proyectos de derechos sexuales y reproductivos de la Ford Foundation y fundó y dirigió el Proyecto de Salud de las Mujeres, en Sudáfrica. Barbara es profesora visitante a tiempo parcial en la Facultad de Salud Pública de la Universidad del Witwatersrand, Sudáfrica, y presidenta de la mesa directiva del Urgent Action Fund-Africa.
