Barbara Klugman

Barbara Klugman is a South African strategy and external practitioner, and co-coordinator of the South African Constitutionalism Fund. Previously, she ran the Ford Foundation’s international sexuality and reproductive rights portfolio and established and ran the Women’s Health Project, South Africa. Barbara is a part-time visiting professor at the School of Public Health of the University of the Witwatersrand, South Africa, and chair of the board of the Urgent Action Fund-Africa. 

Barbara Klugman es una profesional autónoma sudafricana que trabaja en temas de evaluación y estrategias. Anteriormente, dirigió el portafolio internacional de proyectos de derechos sexuales y reproductivos de la Ford Foundation y fundó y dirigió el Proyecto de Salud de las Mujeres, en Sudáfrica. Barbara es profesora visitante a tiempo parcial en la Facultad de Salud Pública de la Universidad del Witwatersrand, Sudáfrica, y presidenta de la mesa directiva del Urgent Action Fund-Africa.
