Cristina Alejandra Estrella is an Argentine lawyer from the University of Buenos Aires and a civil-law notary from the University of Morón. She completed a postgraduate specialization in civil law at the University of Salamanca and holds a master’s degree in human rights and public policy, awarded cum laude. Her research focuses on civil registration, access to justice, institutional trust, and public-sector innovation.
