Ryan E. Carlin is an Associate Professor of Political Science and Director for the Center for Human Rights and Democracy at Georgia State University. He is co-editor of The Latin American Voter (University of Michigan Press, 2015) and his research focuses on comparative political behavior and public opinion, with a regional emphasis on Latin America.
